Are Fuccillo Dealerships Open Right Now?

While the physical Fuccillo Automotive Group showrooms are currently closed to the public, our business is just operating a bit differently.

We are doing this in accordance with the "New York State on PAUSE" executive order. However, while you can't come browse our showroom in person, you can still shop for a vehicle online! You're welcome to contact us via email, or you can give us a call. We'll work with you through a safe and secure remote auto sales process, then help you schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle of choice from our store.

Can I Buy a Vehicle from Fuccillo Right Now?

Yes, you can buy a vehicle from the Fuccillo Automotive Group right now.

While our physical building may be closed, our website, like our phone lines and inboxes, will always be open. Fuccillo is committed to serving the Upstate New York community any way we can during this pandemic, so we're making it easier than ever to upgrade to a new vehicle while practicing recommended social distancing techniques. If you're interested in buying a new or used vehicle for sale right now, we encourage you to make an appointment with our auto sales team. We can work with you online or over the phone to go over your vehicle financing options and schedule a pick-up time. Please note that sales are by appointment only, and that an appointment is also necessary to pick up your vehicle from our lot.

If you choose to buy a vehicle online from us and pick it up at the dealership, know that all of our vehicles are properly cleaned and sanitized per the guidelines we've received from local authorities. Our staff is trained on the best practices for social distancing to ensure every interaction is safe.

Are Vehicle Dealerships Essential in New York?

Since auto repair shops are essential businesses in New York, our auto service center is open and accepting service appointments right now. We're also considered an essential service for remote vehicle sales.

Our Upstate NY service center is fully staffed and ready to tend to all your routine and critical auto repair essentials. Our physical vehicle sales center is currently closed as we adhere to local advisories, but you can still take advantage of our online vehicle-buying options.

Is Fuccillo Open for Service?

Yes, our dealership is open for service. Auto repair shops are essential businesses, so we will continue to remain open unless instructed differently by authorities.

Whether your check engine light is on or you simply want to take your vehicle in for routine maintenance, you can trust our auto service center in Upstate New York for reliable auto repairs nearby. We can take vehicles in for oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacements and more! Plus, we're making it easier than ever to get the quality vehicle repairs you need because we'll come to you. We're currently offering service pick-up and delivery if you'd prefer not to stop by the dealership in person and to allow for safe social distancing. Does Fuccillo Deliver?

Fuccillo is unable to deliver vehicles at this time in accordance with the state of New York's guidelines.

However, you can still buy a vehicle online from us and pick it up! If you're interested in buying a vehicle from us, our team will be happy to work with you remotely to finalize your lease or purchase. Then, you can schedule an appointment to pick up your new vehicle from our store. The entire team at our nearby vehicle dealer is practicing safe social distancing to protect both our customers and employees, so you can rest easy when you come to take ownership of your vehicle. Please note that vehicle sales are by appointment only.

What Are the New Fuccillo Automotive Group Sanitation Measures?

Here at Fuccillo, there's nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and employees. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we are taking steps to protect our community, including:

-Increasing the number of times our dealership is cleaned daily.
-Sanitizing high-touch areas frequently, including door handles, chairs, desks and phones.
-Thoroughly disinfecting every vehicle.
-Using seat covers, steering wheel covers and gear stick covers.
-Ensuring that all our employees are washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer in between washings.
-Instructing any employee who does not feel well or is experiencing symptoms to stay home from work, and encouraging customers who do not feel well to reschedule their appointments or speak with us remotely.
-Postponing any business-related travel, including meetings and vendor visits.

How Should I Clean My Vehicle to Prevent Coronavirus?

If you're using your vehicle for errands like grocery store runs or any other purpose, it's important to sanitize it frequently to prevent the spread of coronavirus. If you're looking to sanitize your vehicle at home, we suggest the following measures:

-Wash your hands; put on disposable gloves (if available) before you begin sanitizing your vehicle.
-Use a mild dish soap or other common household disinfectants to scrub high-touch areas like the dashboard, steering wheel, touchscreens and door handles.
- If you have space and supplies, consider keeping disinfecting wipes in your vehicle for more frequent wipe downs.
-Not sure how to clean leather seats in a vehicle? You can use any type of leather cleaner. Be sure to use a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the leather!
